Spray zinc wire can be divided into hot-dip galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire, the difference between the two is the way to spray zinc and different content of zinc.
Introduction of hot-dip galvanized wire:
Hot-dip galvanizing is soaking the wire into the melting of zinc solution ,it is galvanized quickly, performance of zinc layer thick rust is very good, but the zinc is not uniform, and the surface is dim. The life of hot galvanized wire can be utilized for 20 year.
Introduction of cold galvanized wire:
Cold galvanized zinc wire also called electro-galvanized zinc wire,is the wire placed in the plating tank.Let the unidirectional current go through the metal surface ,zinc is galvanized slowly, and the thickness is only one-tenth of hot-dip wire.SO it’s rust protection is not very good, when placed in the outdoor, usually after a few months it will be rusty. It needs plastic packages.
Since you know the process of manufacturing spray zinc wire, you may know more about it.
