The main equipment of thermal spraying zinc is compressed air system, oxygen, acetylene system, metal air spray gun and hose, etc..
Its working principle: to spray the compressed air as a driving force, the driving device driven by zinc wire through the nozzle, the oxygen acetylene flame heating under a molten body by compressed air atomization into particles and injected into the workpiece, forming a protective layer of thermal spraying zinc. Due to the uneven surface of the matrix after blasting, metal coating heat after contraction can be firmly attached to the surface of the workpiece.
Material requirement:
1 zinc wire shall not be less than 99.99%.
2 zinc wire should be smooth, no rust, no oil, no creases, the diameter of 2 ~ 3.0mm.
Spraying process requirements:
1 spray air should be clean, dry, the pressure shall not be less than 0.4MPa.
2 spraying distance of 100 ~ 200mm, as far as possible with the surface of the substrate and not less than 45 degrees.
3 gun speed, with a coating thickness of up to 25 ~ 80 m.
4 the width of the 1/3 should be overlapped with each spraying belt, and the thickness should be as uniform as possible.
5 the direction of the spray gun between the spraying layers should be perpendicular to each other to cross cover.
6 when the surface temperature of the coating is reduced to below 70 DEG C, the next layer of coating.
