Description
Hastelloy C-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy wire with a very low silicon carbon content and is considered to be a versatile corrosion resistant alloy. Hastelloy C-276 exhibits good abrasion and metal to metal wear resistance. It equivalent to: Tafa 77T, Metco 8276.

Applications
It is mainly resistant to wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solution, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salts.
